Paper Sweeties May Challenge #55

Hello everyone! Today is a very exciting day - today marks the beginning of another month-long challenge where you could win a $25 gift certificate to the Paper Sweeties shop. Be sure to stop by Paper Sweeties to get some inspiration on their wonderful blog and in their gallery, do some shopping, and then come play along with us in this month's challenge.  Here is May's wonderful inspiration photo:

The challenges over at Paper Sweeties are always ANYTHING GOES with the inspiration photo as your jump-off point. So you can use the colors, shapes, or theme to help you create your project. Here's the card I made using the "flowers" theme, and I pulled spring-like feel out of the picture too:

This card was so fun to put together! I have been wanting to use these flower stamps and dies for a while now and this was the perfect opportunity! 

The flowers, pocket and sentiment were popped up with some foam squares for added dimension. All products used are linked at the bottom of this post :)

"Darling Divas" and May Challenge at One Crazy Stamper!

Happy May 1st everyone! 

Well, I can now officially say .... TAX SEASON IS OVER! I SURVIVED ANOTHER YEAR! lol...although it is a very busy, sometimes stressful 2 months, I do miss leaving the accounting firm when it's all over. They are such an awesome group to work for.  But...I have new bookkeeping clients, a course to finish and a lot of work to catch up on here at home PLUS....all the other yard, house and garden work that needs to be done - annnnnddd....I get to get back to my crafts! :) Never a dull moment, that is for sure!

Onto some other amazing news - I am now officially a DIVA for One Crazy Stamper! Thank you so much to Lora for inviting me to stay on and join the team after being a Guest Designer last month....I am so thrilled and honored to be a part of such an amazing group of ladies! 

This month, High Hopes Stamps is releasing such a CUTE set of stamps called "Darling Divas" and you will LOVE them! The challenge is Anything Goes and for my card today, I am featuring miss LeiLani with her gorgeous hair and cute little feathered friend:

For my card, I wanted to go softer and more delicate as that is usually what I relate butterflies to - being delicate and soft and beautiful :)

Welcome back to my blog....I am back with another guest designer spot with One Crazy Stamper! 

High Hopes Stamps has released some amazingly cute and adorable stamps and I get the pleasure of showing you this cutie:

  

This cutie is called "Besties" and you can find the whole collection from High Hopes HERE on the One Crazy Stamper website.....

I stamped my image on Xpress It! Copic paper and colored her in with Copic Markers. I added a die cut "hi" and a sweet sentiment, some pearls and popped up the image panel with some foam tape.....

Supplies used:

 Copic Markers, Paper:Xpress It Blending Cardstock, DP - Perfectly Plaid - Winter (Lawn Fawn), MFT "Hi" die, Sentiment from YNS set called Coco Sweet Treats, foam tape and Square stitched dies

This card took me all of about 5 mins to complete....I let the designer paper do ALL the work for me! LOL...the only thing I had to do was cut the cardstock and glue it all down!

Easter Egg Fun

I am sharing another super cute Easter card made with Craftin Desert Divas goodies....

This time with the super cute 'Bunny Painting Easter Egg' digi stamp...colored up with copic markers and then I bordered the image with the 'Doodles Frames' stamp set. I die cut the "Blessed" sentiment and added glitter for some extra bling....
