4 CC #400 {Less is More}

Welcome back to another "4 Crafty Chicks" challenge. Wow, we are on #400 challenge - that's just incredible and awesome! Thanks to all of our crafty followers who play along with us each week - we are so thankful for you all!

This week, it is my turn to throw out the "twist" for our Anything Goes challenge. I would like to see Clean and Simple cards. There are so many out there with amazing wow factor - let's fill the gallery!

Although it looks like a lot going on here - it's really a one layer card with a couple punched out die cuts! Card was CASE'd from Pinterest and made at one of my club night stamping nights! So pretty xoxoxo

Coffee is ALWAYS a Good Idea!

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog - today is the last Wednesday of the month, so that means it's my turn to share on the the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog.

For my card this week, I used some fun gold foil, stamps from Simon Says Stamp and a wooden veneer from our local dollar store...so fun!!

I started my card by cutting out panels with my My Favorite Things Fishtail Flag dies and then stamping my cups and coffee beans along the bottom of my white background. I adhered my wood veneer coffee cup and wa-laa!! Done! So cute and fun to make.

Sorry for the reflections in the photos in the foil, but it's very difficult to capture the foil without any! lol

For my card this week, I used some of Leanne's crafting goodies when I was visiting her in February...The "Celebrate" die is from Stampin' Up! called Celebrate You Thinlits and the cap die is from Impression Obsession called Grad Cap and Scroll. I also used the Fleur de Lis embossing folder for the background....

For my card this week, I really hope this meets the criteria for Nance's challenge...I did not include cats or dogs, but the overall theme is rain LOL...so, that counts right?!

MM #284 {Red and White}

Welcome back to my blog! This week at Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge, miss Marcia is our hostess and she's looking for us to use "red and white" on our cards:

I decided to do a very CAS card for Marcia's challenge but I love the WOW factor it produced:  

I just used a simple, gorgeous snowflake embossing folder from Stampin' Up! and the sentiment is from Hero Arts and I embossed it with white embossing powder. Very simple but so pretty! I love red and white together :)
