Coffee & Friends Make the Perfect Blend...

 

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you are all doing well :) We ending up with a winter storm coming through on Friday/Saturday and leaving us with a very white, cold ground again...Spring is just not wanting to come hahah! On a happier note, income tax time is almost over for me - 2 more days!! Yipeee!! Then, life can go back to a semi-normal routine with 2+ days off a week again...*crafty time!* whoot! whoot! 

I am up on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog with this super sweet card made from a coffee card kit from Simon Says Stamp! I have had this kit for some time and finally got around to creating the cards before tax season hit ... I knew life would be super crazy busy, so I wanted a few quick and fun cards made up ahead of time - this is one of them:

Isn't it sweet?!? The stamp set came with various faces you could put on the cups and that font is just so awesome - all the papers that go with the kit are so cute and chalk full of coffee goodness!

Coffee is ALWAYS a Good Idea!

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog - today is the last Wednesday of the month, so that means it's my turn to share on the the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog.

For my card this week, I used some fun gold foil, stamps from Simon Says Stamp and a wooden veneer from our local dollar store...so fun!!

I started my card by cutting out panels with my My Favorite Things Fishtail Flag dies and then stamping my cups and coffee beans along the bottom of my white background. I adhered my wood veneer coffee cup and wa-laa!! Done! So cute and fun to make.

Sorry for the reflections in the photos in the foil, but it's very difficult to capture the foil without any! lol

DS125 - Sparkly Holiday

Happy Halloween everyone!! :)

I had a very enjoyable "home day" today (after I took the kids into school). I got some housework done and in between chores, I found some time to sit and get inky with the Deconstructed Sketch! Yep...a "just-for-fun" card today! Yipeee!! Here's Jen's awesome sketch:

I knew right away what papers and stamps I wanted to use so I gathered all my supplies and got busy...

The paper pack I used is from Bo Bunny called Snowfall and the stamp set I used is called Holiday Sparkles from TAWS....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this set :)
