March Challenge at A Cut Above

Happy Monday! I am back with another post for the "A Cut Above" Creative Team!

If you aren’t familiar with A Cut Above, we share monthly challenges that are all about die-cutting. The challenges are always anything goes - with the condition of at least one die cut used (defined by using a die cut machine, manual or electronic, not a purchased pre-fabricated die cut).

For my card this month, I went to my older stash of designer papers, and pulled out this beautiful floral piece. I used this gorgeous stamp from the set "It's a Celebration" from Pink & Main and embossed it with gold, then used the P&M coordinating die and popped it up for dimension. Here's a close up of my card:

Gold embossing is extremely difficult to get a decent picture of, but you get the idea LOL...here is a picture of the stamp/die set I also used:

Well, that’s my card for this month's challenge - I do hope you will join us! We would love to have you! Cheers!

Creative Crafters #97 {Anything Goes}

Happy Sunday crafty friends! I hope all is well and that you are carving out some crafty time for yourself.

I have some exciting news to share - last month I joined a new challenge blog and I am super stoked about it :) I'm a new member of the Design Team (DT) for The Creative Crafters challenge group. It's such a wonderful group of crafty people creating and inspiring people to join in the fun with it always being ANYTHING GOES. Easy peesy! New challenges start on the 15th of every month.

For my first card, I am sharing a very pretty Thank You card from a kit I had not finished last year. I am trying very hard to clean up my crafty space and finishing projects! Imagine that LOL...

Thanks so much for stopping in and I hope you come and join us over at The Creative Crafters challenge blog and submit your project! Have a wonderful day. Cheers!

Krafty Chicks Challenge #807 {Christmas Week}

 Welcome to "Krafty Chicks Thursday."

This week we are on Week 2 and as always the theme is "CHRISTMAS" with Denise as our hostess. We want to see all your festive creations - even though Christmas is over, you can always get started on your stash for this year! You could even make some gift bags or tags.  We hope you will come over and join in the fun with us.

KCC #807 {CHRISTMAS}

I had a lot of fun with this card - the image is some clip art I bought off Etsy and the sentiment is from an older favorite from C. C. Designs. The designer paper is from Woodland Christmas from Paper Rose. Here's a close up:

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

A Cut Above - February Anything Goes

Happy Monday! I am back with another post for the "
A Cut Above" Creative Team!

For my card this week, I used this fun frame die from Your Next Stamp and the thanks die is from MFT. So fun! :) I added some color dots and wa-laa! Here's a close up of my card:

 I also used a rectangular stitched die for the inside - it's from Stampin' Up!

Well, that’s my card for this month's challenge - I do hope you will join us! We would love to have you! Cheers!

KCC #805 {Anything Goes w/embossing twist}

Happy 'Krafty Chicks' Thursday everyone!

It's our first Anything Goes challenge of 2026 as there is an extra Thursday this month. This year, we are adding optional "twists" to our ATG posts so if you wish to use the option, bonus! If not, that's ok too! This month, it's embossing - and you can either use wet (heat) embossing or dry embossing (folders).

Our hostess is Leanne and this one is always exciting as we get to see SO many different creations (not all necessarily cards) and the gallery is usually chalk-full of amazing creations!

KCC #805 {ANYTHING GOES w/OPTIONAL EMBOSSING}

I used an embossing folder from Stampin' Up! on my background layer. Here's a close up of my card and I also decorated the inside:
