Merry Monday #255 {Joy}

It's Monday - and the Merry Makers have had a couple months off and so that means its time for another installment of Christmas over at Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge! Marcia is our challenge hostess and she's looking for us to use JOY on our cards: 

I decided to dig out another of my pre-colored digi's from Mo Manning - sooooo pretty! I added a die cut poinsettia and "joy" was embossed with white in the bottom right.

Merry Monday #254 {Use a Moose!}

It's Monday - that means its time for another installment of Christmas over at Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge! I am the challenge hostess this week and I am looking for some cards made with those adorable, lanky critters....yep, MOOSE! (I really want to say MEESE.....lol) 

I need to do some shopping for moose stamps - I went in search of one and I don't own one! lol....I see my amazing co-creators have some super dooper cute ones so I will be visiting the companies they got them from! :) I found my pre-colored digi at Digi Web Studios. 

I kept my card clean and simple to show off this cutie -

Warm Winter Wishes - MM #253

This week, our wonderful Linda is our challenge hostess and she's wanting to see some BEARS on our Christmas cards:

A little while back, I ordered a couple cards kits from One Crazy Stamper and this image was PERFECT for Linda's challenge! 

I colored the image with my copics then added some glitter to the snow on the trees, the birdie's hat and the ground :) So cute!

Merry Monday #248 {Color Challenge!}

Happy Merry Monday! 

This week, our challenge is being brought to you by Marcia:

This challenge was great! It totally made me step out of my comfort zone as I was having a real struggle adding the green in there LOL.... thanks, Marcia!

I just received this sunburst die from Stampin' Up! and I have been itching to use it - and figured this was as good a time as any ;) I added the snowflake from Paper Smooches and popped up that layer to give it some dimension then die cut the Happy Holidays from Eggplant with my Neat and Tangles die. 

It's hard to see in the photo (sorry) but the white base is layered on green, then on the purple :)

I really love this plaid paper from Lawn Fawn and I knew that the pine trees cut out in white would pop against the plaid paper - so pretty!

MM #237 Shimmer, Sparkle and Shine!

 Happy "Merry Monday" everyone! 

This week, our challenge hostess is miss Nina and she wants us to add some sparkle, shimmer or shine to our cards :)

Here is my card for Nina's challenge:

I decided to use a pre-colored digi (I believe it's from Wee Stamps), and then I added some glitter embossing powder to my scrap paper, then cut out my Merry Christmas dies from the scrap paper and glued it down. 

I added a few sparkly gum drops and wa-laa! Done! I wish I could show you the sparkle a bit better - was hard to capture with my camera
