Today marks the start of another month-long challenge over at One Crazy Stamper! It's a "My Favorite Things" theme this month so let's see what YOUR fav's are! 

My card this month features "Cow Hugs" from the "So Much Cuteness" release from High Hopes Rubber Stamps! The sentiment is called "Somedays" and everyone who knows me knows that my favorite embellishment is gumdrops or pearls, so that's what I added to my card for the challenge theme :D

Paper Sweeties Challenge - August 2017 - Anything Goes!

Welcome back to my blog! This month at Paper Sweeties, we have a brand new challenge for you - just in time for a HUGE celebration! Paper Sweeties turns 5!!! How exciting :D Here's this months inspiration photo for your jump off point:

I am sharing a card I made from some older sets and pulled the colors out of the inspiration photo to help celebrate the 5th birthday of Paper Sweeties:

I used the "Happy" and "Eat Cake" stamp sets and colored them up with my copic markers, and added some adorable sequins - I kept the card very CAS.

I used the set called "Yello!" and dug out my watercolor paper, water spritzer and fun Distress Oxide and Distress Inks to make a watercolor background! I added some gumdrops and wa-laaaa!

"Chick Gossip!"

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog and another installment for One Crazy Stamper! The challenge is always Anything Goes so the creativity door is wide open....this week, I am showing off these 2 cuties from the newest release, So Much Cuteness, from High Hopes Rubber Stamps:

The stamp is called "Be A Donkey" and the sentiment is called "Chick Gossip"....Aren't they JUST the cutest?!? LOL...I totally can imagine the gossip this chickie is telling right now, can't you?? hahahahha

I stamped the image and sentiment using my Misti onto Xpress It! Copic paper and colored it up with my Copic markers. I used some rectangle stitched dies from My Favorite Things to make the teal background - and then added some delish gumdrops from YNS! FUN!!!

It's Always SUMMER Somewhere....

Happy Saturday everyone! I can't believe that summer is flying by so quickly - as usual! It's already July 22 and I haven't made it to the lake to sit on the beach yet and crochet or read, or just...BE :) It's so relaxing to listen to the waves and soak up a bit of sunshine!

Happy as Two Pigs in Mud!

I stamped the pigs using my Misti onto Xpress It! Copic paper and colored it up with my Copic markers. I used some bright, cheerful papers to accent the image and then added some delish gumdrops from YNS! FUN!!!

Paper Sweeties July New Release Party!!

Are you ready to P-A-R-T-Y?! It's "release day" over at Paper Sweeties!

Today, I used the new set "Kindness Matters" to make this floral CAS card

Here's a close up....

I stamped the pretty floral ring and colored it with my copic markers then added "kindness matters" to the inside of the ring. Then I added a bit of a border with some hand-drawn faux stitching. I will be using this flower ring stamp A LOT - it's so pretty!!
