SPCC #110 - You Are My Sunshine

Welcome back! This wonderful, cheery, happy color combo that Samantha has issued for this week at Scrapmaster's Paradise was one that came together fairly quickly for me. I was with a few of my "besties" a couple weekends ago and we got together for a crafting frenzy weekend. This was one of the cards I made there and I think besides the coloring of the cute little girl, the card came together very quickly! This soft, subtle color combo was very easy to create with - thanks Samantha!

Stamps: CC Designs; Paper: Whisper White, Certainly Celery, Perfect Plum, So Saffron; Ink: Momento Black, Perfect Plum; Accessories: nestabilities, embossing folder, flowers, martha leaf punch, dimensionals, markers, pearls, scallop edge trim punch, celery ribbon

Please take some time to head on over to the SPCC site and check out all the other gorgeous creations our design team has created for your inspiration! Then, we'd love to see what YOU create with these colors - link up your project at the SPCC site and we will come visit your blog and leave you some love :) Happy crafting!

Picture Perfect Creations Challenge #66

Good Monday morning to all of you out there in crafty blogland :) I hope you had a restful, relaxing weekend and are ready to come craft with PPC this week...Megan's color palette this week is a gorgeous one - just my opinion! I am definitely going to use this color combo more often as there are so many possibilities you could use it for. Men cards, flower cards, nature cards, you name it! Here's what I did:

I decided to ink up the butterfly from the new-to-me set called Strength and Hope. I used dimensionals to "pop" the butterfly up. The navy background was embossed with my perfect dots embossing folder. The border punch is a Martha Stewart and the final touch was the ribbon and button :)

Please take some time this week to create something using these wonderful colors. For more gorgeous inspiration from PPC's Design Team, click HERE. Happy crafting!

Color Dare #107 - Happy Graduation!

Happy Wednesday!

How is everyone doing out in Blogger land today? Are you in need of a mid-week challenge? Riley over at Color Dare has this GORGEOUS color palette for you to play with - So Saffron, Marina Mist and Certainly Celery....

For my card, I didn't stamp anything except the sentiment! Something I do not do very often, but I had this "vision" in my head with the butterflies in a circle, so that's what I set out to do and I think it turned out beautifully! I cannot *wait* to see what you come up with using these colors this week. I *CHALLENGE* all you crafty peeps out there to make a project this week using Riley's colors and link them back at the Color Dare. Happy crafting!!!

SPCC #107 - Shower Posies

Welcome back! As you can see, Samantha has such a pretty color combo for us this week! I thoroughly enjoyed coloring up this pretty watering can full of posies :) My good friend, Tamie, and I were at her local scrapbook store a month or so ago and they were having a 50%-off-everything-in-the-store sale! YEP, cha-ching is right! Tamie and I scored some really nice stamps and dies that day...this was one of them....

I used Copics to color the image, Stampin' Up! paper and some nestabilities for the circle panels. The sentiment was stamped and then punched with the Word Window punch and layered on the Modern Label punch. Some grey pearls were added for a little extra punch. The layout I used was from Inspirational Card Sketches a couple weeks ago...it worked out perfectly!

Thanks for stopping in again this morning! Be sure to take some time to create with us this week - we'd love to see what you come up with using our colors! Link your creation HERE.

PPC-CC#64 - Wish Big!

Happy Monday! This week's color combo from Picture Perfect Creations is a warm, soothing combo...I saw "boy" when I first saw this combination and it just so happened that I had a NEW stamp I could use for it! This La-La-Land Crafts stamp fit the bill perfectly:

Stamps: La-La-Land Crafts, Pennant Parade; Paper: Whisper White, Pacific Point, Cherry Cobbler, Peach Parfait, Soft Suede DSP; Ink: Momento Black; Accessories: markers, star punch, spiral note punch, circle punches, dimensionals, twine, pearls

Thank you very much for stopping in today - be sure to play along with us and link your card HERE for us to leave you some lovin'....stay tuned for another color challenge from Scrapmaster's Paradise!
