This theme can lead to some pretty interesting projects, I am thinking, and I am super-excited to see what comes of it....

I went through my stash of Bugaboo stamps (from my Totally Stampalicious days) cuz I knew I had *the* perfect image that totally depicts "Girls Night Out!"

I can seriously see these 3 ladies getting into some "fun" trouble, can't you?!

Happy Totally Stampalicious Monday!!!

The girls are looking for projects using our favorite "go-to" sketch that each of us girls use for creating. I have to admit, I scope out a lot of different ones, but My Favorite Things is one I look forward to every Wednesday :) Here's last weeks:

I had so much fun coloring this trio of winers! LMBO!! I know exactly what it's like when I'm with my group of girlfriends - and this stamp set totally depicts us! :)

Totally Stampalicious Monday - {Paper Piecing}

Happy Totally Stampalicious Monday!!!

The girls are looking for projects using PAPER PIECING this week....I must admit....this technique is not one of my favorites. I really enjoy the finished look but I really don't enjoy all the finicky cutting!! This little guy turned out rather well this time :) 

I stamped the cutie patootie, Balloon Kidz Boy, then paper pieced the balloon and the basket, cut out clouds and the fence using MFT dies and made my little butterflies with my Martha Stewart butterfly punch. I really like how this card turned out - he's cute!

Non-Traditional Christmas with Deacon Elf....

 Happy Totally Stampalicious Monday! The challenge this week is a fun one...the girls want to see you create a card, scrapbook layout or 3D project using NON-TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS COLORS! Ohhhhh...can't WAIT to see all the different combos that come of this challenge!!! :)

For my card, I went with another CAS layout and stamped Deacon Elf, and his sentiment right on the main white cardstock panel. I then added the bright,colorful strip of designer paper from the 6 x 6 EP Holly Jolly Christmas pad.

CAS Trio at Totally Stampalicious!

 Happy Totally Stampalicious Monday! The challenge this week is a fun one...the girls want to see you create a set of 3 Clean-and-Simple cards using the same stamp set. You can make each card the same or you can make them each a bit different! I had a lot of fun with this one :)

For my card set, I went with an extremely CAS layout! White with one layer of color - each different on the the cards. I then stamped my Crabby Cathy with Momento Black ink and colored just the coffee cup, spots on her PJ's and her slippers with each co-ordinating color :) I then added matching pearls/bling to the top left corner of each card:

Happy Totally Stampalicious Monday! Well, the kids have been in school for a week now, and so far so good! Calvin is in Grade 10 with a full work load and Kimberly is in Grade 8. She tried out for the volleyball team last Thursday (and made it! Yay, Kim!) and also signed up again with her competitive swimming club, so it will be another busy year for us, but not complaining - it's awesome going and cheering them on and being a part of their school/sports world!

This week's challenge over at Totally Stampalicious is an easy-peesy one! With the upcoming Ribbon Carousel Blog Hop, the girls issued a RIBBON challenge! Told ya it was easy enough!!

For my card this week, I decided to use our newly released funny guy - Baseball Gus!

I stamped Gus and colored him with Copic Markers and fussy-cut him out to "pop-up" on the awesome layers of my Authentique DP series called "Celebrate." I used black satin ribbon to finish it off. Baseball Gus comes complete with 6 "sporty" sentiments and is available HERE.

It was a busy week for me as I had my nieces and nephew (3 chitlins under the age of 6) and man, oh man, do they have energy!?!
