Happy "4 Crafty Chicks" Thursday! 

Thanks for stopping in to see what I've been up to :) This week, it is my turn to play challenge hostess and I'm wanting to see some washi tape on your cards! I love washi tape, but it's something I don't grab very often and I'd love to see some more ideas on using it....

My card was made very quickly with a variety of washi tape from Micheal's - I cut out a pretty butterfly from a die cut set from My Favorite Things, added the washi in strips on a panel behind the cut out and added sequins, a HELLO die cut from Stampin' Up - then cut out the whole main panel with my Wonky Stitched Rectangle die from Craftin' Desert Divas....easy peesy and sooo pretty!

Scootin' by to say HI!

Happy Saturday y'all!

Life has been so crazy busy this last little while with seeding crops, our custom spraying business, trying to get the garden in, then this storm that blew through here a couple days ago sure threw us for a bit! No power for over 24 hours and trees down in our yard etc. We are also preparing for our daughter's high school graduation next weekend .... I am so amazed that time can fly by as fast as it can as she was *just* a baby yesterday, it seems! Pictures to come next weekend! 

Today I am sharing a card I made using some Craftin' Desert Divas goodies and this little farmer took my heart the moment I saw him :) He's cute on his little "RED" tractor...

I printed my pre-colored image from the Farmtastic Digi Stamp set and cut him out using the Stitched in Circles die set and used some other dies to create my scene - the sentiment is from the Scootin by Digi set - here's the whole card again:

You are a-MAIZE-ing!!

Happy Sunday everyone! 

It is a long weekend here in Alberta, CANADA so I have been outside as much as I can enjoying the gorgeous sunshine and warmer temperatures! The garden is almost all in, the grass is cut and I am now decorating the yard with pretty flower pots and decorations :) 

There is a new release happening at Craftin' Desert Divas on May 26th and 27th and oh-my-goodness, you DO NOT want to miss out on this one! There are 6 new stamps, dies and digi's that will be released. The dies and stamps are so fun and create the most amazing scenes - isn't he adorable?? I am here to give you a sneaky-peek of what's coming:

This is the super cute digi stamp called "Gopher Eating Corn" and he's a part of the digi bundle called "A-maize-ing." There is a black/white image, colored image and a sentiment! So fun!!

For my card, I wanted to create a cute scene of him in the garden enjoying his corn...now, if this were to be happening in real life in MY garden, I'd be furious...however, he's so stinkin' cute! 

I printed the gopher and sentiment out and colored him up with my Copic Markers then fussy cut him to fit among the dirt mounds. "Garden Border Die Set" is the name of this amazing die set and it's awesome - SO MANY different components in it to create some amazing scenes:

I am sharing another super cute card made with Craftin Desert Divas goodies....

This time with the super cute 'Scootin' by" digi stamp...this one is a pre-colored digi so I wanted to show how quick and easy these are to whip up into a super cute card! 

I just sized this cutie to fit the panel I wanted and positioned the sentiment right underneath him so that it would all print together  and then cut him out with the stitched rectangle die and wa-laaa! Added some enamel sprinkles and done!

Easter Egg Fun

I am sharing another super cute Easter card made with Craftin Desert Divas goodies....

This time with the super cute 'Bunny Painting Easter Egg' digi stamp...colored up with copic markers and then I bordered the image with the 'Doodles Frames' stamp set. I die cut the "Blessed" sentiment and added glitter for some extra bling....

Today I am sharing a super cute card I made for a sweet little girl using Little Bear Garden Digi stamp from Craftin Desert Divas. I colored the image with my Copic Markers, added the sentiment from Wishful Thoughts stamp set, then cut it out with the Crazy Stitched Frame die - here's a closer look at this sweet image:

I added a few flowers and some sprinkles and there you have it - super sweet!

"Totally Awesome" CLBH and Craftin' Desert Divas

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog - I've been crazy busy with income tax season once again and I haven't had much time in my craft room...well, to be honest, I haven't had ANY time in my craft room since the end of February! LOL...I am missing it...

Today I am sharing my first card for the Spring CLBH! I love these blog hops that Amy puts on as I am an AVID coffee lover and coffee/crafty goodness is just so yummy together!
