Merry Monday #110 {Christmas Food}

Happy "Merry Monday!"

Happy Memorial Day to all my US friends! I hope you have a wonderful day....the weekend was a nice one for me - I had a bit of down-time and SLEPT! Yep, all the crazy days have been catching up to me and on Saturday I laid down in the afternoon and slept for 4 HOURS! YIKES! That is so not like me lol...but, obviously needed and I finally got into my craft room :) *insert happy dance here!*

The challenge over at Merry Monday is being brought to you by our wonderful, Debbie....here's what she's looking for:

Now, I guess "technically" I didn't follow the challenge - I used a drink instead of food .... but I'm thinking she won't mind lol...

I followed this week's sketch from Sketch Saturday:

I have had this cute digi set from Doodle Pantry for a while now - and I thought it was the perfect time to use them:

The sentiment is from the Christmas Sampler set from Paper Smooches :)

Please take some time to hop on over to to the Merry Monday challenge blog and see what the rest of the Merry Makers have created for you - such scrumptious projects!!! ;) Happy crafting! xoxoxo

4 CC#176 {Bows}

Happy 4 Crafty Chicks Thursday!

The kids are back in school, hubby is gone back to work and I am back into my routines as well. My running has started again (and boy, can I feel the 2 month hiatus! OY!) and my healthy eating has been re-started - enough sweets and mashed potatoes/gravy and dressing! ;)

4 CCC #176 {Bows}

For my card this week, I used last week's layout from Sketch Saturday...it fit my image perfectly.

"Birthday Lulu" is the name of this cutie-patootie from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! For the "bows" part of our challenge this week, I am showing off her cute hair bow and the wrapping bow on the gift. I stamped her in Momento Tuxedo Black and colored it with Copic Markers. Then she was cut out with my 'Lil Inkers perforated rectangular dies....love those!! I added a couple stars from Pretty Pink Posh, stamped my sentiment and wa-laaa! Done!

I am entering this card into this week's Wonderful Wednesday Challenge over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps...plus...I am gonna toss my name into the hat to be a Guest Krafty Girl....fun!! :D

Please do not forget about our DT Call we have going on until January 16th! You could be hangin' and creatin' with us 3 Chicks! Have a super dooper week :D

I opened my box of Stampin' Up! goodies on Saturday, and lo and behold, my new Two-Step Owl Punch was the first thing I saw and I just "knew" I had to play and make a card with it! I went looking for a sketch and the one this week at Sketch Saturday was PERFECTO :)
