Welcome back to my blog! One more week until the big day! Wow, time sure flies when you are NOT READY! hahahah....Everything always seems to fall into place and work out but man, it would sure be nice to have the preparations done EARLY one year! I keep making that my goal every year - maybe one time it will work out! :)

Happy Monday :)

It's the last Monday of the month and so over at The Pink Elephant, our theme this week is ANYTHING GOES! I love these as you can do whatever you want! I had this cute Saturated Canary image colored up already from a coloring session with my peep, Tamie, so I decided to go in search of a sketch.

I found this PERFECT one over at The Challenge that my good friend, Lesley Croghan hosts.

You can use both parts of the challenge (sketch and color combo) or just one or the other. I chose to just use the sketch part.

Happy 4 Crafty Chicks Thursday!! My bestie, Leanne, and I are wishing you well from The Big Valley Jamboree in Camrose, AB! It's our yearly "girls weekend away" and we couldn't ask for better weather, company and a rockin' line up! Cannot WAIT to see Miranda Lambert! We will try to keep ya posted via FB - so stay tuned!

Now, onto the real reason you are here lol....

Whenever it works out that there are 5 Thursdays in a month, we make the 5th Thursday our "Crazy Egg" challenge and the theme is always ANYTHING GOES!

What a super-awesome theme for us this week - here in central Alberta, we are FINALLY getting some gorgeous, sunshine-filled, HOT days of summer! My card this week showcases a fun Saturated Canary stamp called "Bikini and Burgers" and I had a TON OF FUN coloring her up - I decided to go wild and crazy with her hair ;)

Happy Saturday crafty peeps!!

Well, I survived the week of Ponoka Stampede and all the hub-bub! The Sharks food booth did very well again this year and I had the pleasure of working with my daughter, Kim, at the booth this year so that was a hoot! We are both looking forward to it next year already lol - as crazy as it is, it really is a lot of fun! ;)
