October Inspiration Challenge Guest Designer at Paper Sweeties!

 

Today is October 1st, so that means that there's a new Inspiration Challenge going on all month long over at Paper Sweeties....and I am so honored to be their Guest Designer!

Every month there is a new photo to use as your "creative jump off" point and the theme is always Anything Goes - so your possibilities are endless...I ordered a few things specifically for this challenge in mind - it was *screaming* Thanksgiving/Fall to me - so fun!! Here's my card using the sweet  Abigail:

As soon as my goodies arrived, I stamped sweet Abigail and the basket/pumpkies from the Sweeties Stand Add-on: Fall Harvest set and colored those with my Copic Markers. I stamped her poncho onto fall patterned paper with The Splendor of Autumn stamp set and used the sentiment from that set as well. I cut out Abigail using the Abigail Sweet Cuts and fussy cut the pumpkins and basket and used foam tape to give them some dimension.

Happy "4 Crafty Chicks" Thursday! This is a fun challenge for us Chicks as it is our "Crazy Egg" challenge since there are 5 Thursdays in this month. Miss Tamie is our challenge hostess and it's always ANYTHING GOES....

Here is another card from the Stampin' Up! card kit Oh Happy Day - it sure was fun to make and it will bring a smile to someone's face on their birthday :)

Guest Designer at Digital Delights!!

Welcome back to my blog everyone! Today I am so excited to announce that I am a Guest Designer over at Digital Delights! They have amazing challenges and SUCH adorable images! Thanks ladies for having me...

I was so lucky to be able to choose an image from the shop and decided on this cutie, Sorceress Samantha, since Halloween is right around the corner!!

This Girl Runs on... COFFEE!

I am back with another yummy coffee card for the 2016 Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! This go-round, I dug out my coffee cup die from Penny Black, my Autumn Flowers paper pad from Hampton Arts, (including a PLAID since that seems to be all the rage right now), and "Coffee" stamp set from Verve Stamps and got busy!

I decided to distress the coffee cup and papers a bit with some distress ink and I popped up the coffee cup with foam tape. The circle dies behind the cup and the "coffee" die are from Your Next Stamp...

Merry Monday #215 {Dark/Light Pinks, Grey or Silver}

Welcome back to another wonderful, "pretty" inspirational challenge this week from Merry Monday. Miss Kristie is back this week as our Guest Designer and boy, what a lovely photo she's sharing with us to use as our jump off point!

I colored up this cutie-pa-tootie "Holiday Cheer Snowman" from Jennifer Nilsson in pinks and grey and then layered him on grey - SO CUTE! 

I decided to dry emboss the light pink background panel for some added texture and the sentiment is from a Neat and Tangled.

Hello everyone! I am sharing another "for-fun" card I made the other day while chillaxin' in my craft room...I had some stamped images all colored up already so I just sat down and got busy and put some cards together after scouring the challenges that were out there. I came across this awesome, funky sketch from Paper Play Sketches and got to work:

Hello everyone! It's time for the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! I look forward to these blog hops every quarter of the year - I get to create "coffee themed" cards and I also get to do a bit of crafty goodness shopping! I love seeing all the amazing coffee-related crafty products out there....

I bought a new paper pack back in July when Leanne was visiting for the weekend and I used the designer paper and a die from Stampin' Up! to finish it off...I layered it on Kraft cardstock, added some colored gum drops and done! ;) I love the muted colors in this paper pack - so beautiful...

My make this week is made using "Christmas Gift" from the Twiggy and Toots Festive Collection from Polkadoodles! He is a pre-colored digi that I cut out using a stitched rectangle die and layered on black cardstock to make the colors pop...the sentiment is also from the Festive Collection CD.

My make this week is made using "Wishes" from the Winnie Fruit Punch collection from Polkadoodles! She is a pre-colored digi and I fussy cut her out and popped her up on top of a paper lace heart, added some satin ribbon, flowers and pearls and wa-laaa!
