Welcome back to another week over at Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge :) This week, our hostess is ME! and I am wanting to see BAKING themed cards this week.
As I was growing up, Christmas was always a HUGE baking extravaganza! My Mom would have a big list of goodies to bake and I usually helped her and I've inherited that from her and my love of baking still is with me....and Christmas time is no exception. I have had to tame it down somewhat as the kids' tastes and dislikes have changed over the years but I still make butter tarts, whipped shortbread, gingersnaps, and jam thumbprints over the holidays! Butter tarts are done - so now onto the next on the list :)

ReplyDeleteOh Lori, this challenge was such a fun one! I have loved seeing all the great cards the DT have created. Your card is so cute & pretty! I loved hearing the story of you & your mom baking and the wonderful memories you have of that! I wish I could do that with my girls....they are too busy with their noses in the phones! :( Anyways, loved the challenge this week and your beautiful card! Keep on bakin, my friend!
