Get Your Laugh on With Totally Stampalicious!

Happy Monday folks! Welcome back to the first challenge of 2012 for Totally Stampalicious! I hope you all are ready to laugh - because that is what we have in store for you this week...."MAKE SOMEONE LAUGH" is the challenge. You up for it?
