4 Crafty Chicks Challenge #3 - Embossing!

Welcome back!
The 4 Crafty Chicks are sending out their 3rd challenge this week and our "hostess-with-the-mostess," Tamie, is giving us a technique to play with :) She has asked us to use "embossing" (either dry or heat) on our projects this week. Easy peesy, right?!? It's probably my NUMERO UNO fav technique...so on with my details....
I was blog surfin' looking for just the "perfect" color combo and I came across this absolutely {DELISH} combo over at Colour Q Challenge Blog and paired it up with a fun sketch from The Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge Blog....

I flipped the sketch to fit my image that I had stamped, and used the Perfect Dots embossing folder on the green layer, then the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder on the cherry layer (you might have to click on the photo to see it better).

Stamps: Good Neighbors, Well Scripted; Paper: Early Espresso, Pear Pizazz, Cherry Cobbler, Peach Parfait DP, Whisper White; Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Pear Pizazz, Peach Parfait, Early Espresso; Accessories: clear block, pearls, embossing folders (perfect dots and vintage wallpaper), EE satin ribbon, flowers, white brad, pop up glue dot, dimensionals

Be sure to check out the rest of the CHICKS' blogs on the right-hand sidebar for more embossing inspiration! Thanks for stopping in this morning! Happy crafting!

  4. Wow. I'm in love with this card. So inspiring! I too have this stamp set and it's barely been ink as I find all the little bits and pieces major intimidating.........have to get my hands dirty and case yours. Hope you don't mind!
