May Calendar Page for Stamp Club

Good afternoon! School's all done for another day and I finished up the prep work I had to get done for my stamp club this coming Sunday. I put the finishing touches on my calendar page so I thought I would post it here for you. I just *love* the colors this month! I think that chocolate could be in my calendar EVERY month and I would be good with that! lol


Stamps: Live Your Dream (journalling); Paper: Parisian Breeze DSP (retired), Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Kraft; Ink: Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze; Accessories: simple flower embosslit, swirly decorative strip die, decorative accent #2 sizzix die, top note die, chocolate grosgrain ribbon, 3 flower punch, sponge dauber, brads, chipboard letters

Navy November Calendar page

Isn't it just ADORABLE???!!! I totally love how this page came together. I CASE'd it from a girl on SCS (I forget who, so if it's yours, please let me know and I'll give you the credit) and altered it to the colors I wanted. Thanks for popping by!

August and September Calendar pages

These are the calendar pages we will be working on next Sunday at one of my monthly clubs. I totally *heart* the bear in the Under The Stars stamp set - and had to make a camping/summer scrapbook page out of it!! The September page, I wanted a more simple, yet bold page and I think that is what the end result is....thanks for looking!!

May Flowers

I *almost* put May Snow instead of flowers, but ....... hopefully this snow will melt in the next couple days and the flowers WILL start blooming! Wishful thinking is always good :o) This is the 12 x 12 scrapbook page I have planned for my clubs this month. It is using the new Walk in The Park Designer Paper from the mini catty. I really like this pack of paper - it's gorgeous!

A Quiet Moment....



This is another kit from Monday Night Class. Isn't it wonderful? I love their style of scrapbooking - I really do! Thank goodness I stumbled across them at our retreat at The Bloomin' Inn! :) Hope you are having a wonderful May long weekend. My DH is about to arrive home shortly, and I can't wait to see him. I haven't been feeling very good today so it will be nice to have him here....take care!

Daisy Bucket Spring #2

Good afternoon everyone! Wellllll......I finally finished book 4 in the Twilight Saga today! All I can say is WOW, what a read that was. I haven't enjoyed books in such a long time and I'm so glad that I'm back reading again - feels great! I got done Breaking Dawn around 12:30 p.m., then decided it was time to get some dusting and vacuuming done around here *sigh.* I also finished the 2nd part of the double page spread called Spring by Daisy Bucket. I posted the left hand page yesterday and here is the right hand page:

Winter Fun....





































In my Stamp Club this year, we are making a 12 x 12 scrapbook calendar for the members to either keep or give away come 2010. We started with the month of January today and this was the template I made for them to follow. It was a lot of fun and some of the ladies enjoyed their first scrapbooking experience!
