Welcome back to another "4 Crafty Chicks" challenge. This week, our hostess is Nance and she's issuing the following twist to our Anything Goes Challenge:

This challenge really had me stumped for the longest time, I have to admit. Then Nance gave me some insight and I made a "party" theme card LOL...my fellow Chicks knocked this challenge out of the park!
