Happy Merry Monday!!
Our challenge this week is to add some country charm along with stitching and buttons!!
I went in search of some stamps and plaid designer paper that would seem "country-ish" and can you believe that I don't have ANY?! I decorate my house in rustic country decor and I don't have crafty supplies/stamps in that theme....time to rectify that! ;)
I decided to dig out some snowflakes, hemp twine, buttons, and kraft/cobbler paper (since those 2 colors really yell country to me) and I got busy....
The stamp set is from The Alley Way Stamps called "Holiday Sparkle" and it's sure pretty to ink up ;) I added some faux stitching on the red striped base and my sentiment base using my Crumb Cake marker. The snowflake layer was cut out using my Lil' Inker Designs stitched mat.
