Saturday Afternoon FUN!

Happy Saturday! We woke up to a beautiful blanket of snow and it sure made everything pretty! I haven't had much time to just sit and create for fun (other than DT goodies) and today I had the house to myself...yep, can you believe THAT?! I had so much housework, baking and laundry to do, but ya know...I decided to get my priorities straight and do what *I* needed! HEE HEE...I sat and created :)

It's been a while since I played at The Play Date Cafe, so off I went with their colors in mind in search for a sketch .... and let me just say - there are sketches EVERYWHERE right now in blogland! I decided on the simple, cute layout over at CardPatterns for my card:

and here is my card using both challenges:

Stamps: Funky Four, Thank You Kindly; Paper: Whisper White, Peach Parfait, Certainly Celery, Certainly Celery DP; Ink: Basic Black; Accessories: markers, circle punches, scallop edge punch, embossing folder, dimensionals
My card also qualifies at The Creative Cottage - "embossing"
Thanks for popping in today - I hope you are enjoying your weekend! :) I'm off to cut more paper for my upcoming Stamp-A-Stack classes. Happy crafting...
