Life Begins After Coffee

Happy Monday! I am up on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog today - letting the world know that life really does begin AFTER coffee ;)

I made the background using my Versa Mark pad, a stencil and then heat setting some Northern Lights embossing powder - so fun! The cup and sentiment are from a set by Fun Stampers Journey...

Thanks so much for stopping in today - have an enjoyable Monday - cheers!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers and Cats Pajamas Collaboration!

No photo description available.

Happy Thursday crafty PEEPS! Today, the Design Team from Coffee Loving Cardmakers is hopping with The Cat's Pajamas as they feature a new adorable stamp set called "Make Tea." It is available today over at The Cat's Pajamas store

This stamp set is so stinkin' adorable! I couldn't decide which image to ink up first so I did them all at the same time and whatever I didn't use on these cards, will for sure be used SOON ;)

For my first card, I used this sketch from Sunday Stamps and colored in this sweetie with Copic Markers and used some circle dies to cut him out and layer. Although I am 85% team coffee and 15% team tea, this sentiment is adorable and I love it :)

Here's a close up:

Here's a close up of my 2nd card:

I started by sponging the ombre background and placed it under the die cut heart panel, then assembled the card as usual. I colored in this sweet bunny and fussy cut him out to use with the hearts...and I fully agree with this sentiment 100% - there is no life before caffeine! ha ha

Be sure to hop along with us and the Cat Pack as we share some tea-lightful projects with you. Be sure to leave comments along the way as one lucky commenter will have the opportunity to win a fab prize from TCP! Thanks for stopping in. Cheers!

KCC #491 {All Occasions}

KCC #490 {Clean & Simple}

For my card this week, the designer paper did all the work. All I had to do was add a stamped sentiment and it's so pretty! Here's a close up:

Eat, Sleep and Drink more Coffee!

Happy Monday crafty friends! I sure hope you are warm where you are because here in central Alberta, CANADA, we are in a deep-freeze, to say the least. Daytime temps are near -30C with windchills around -40C and night time low's are -40C with windchills around -50C! BRRRRR!!! I am enjoying a lot of warm bubble baths, crocheting and coffee as soon as I get home from work lol...remind me again why I live where I live?!? hahahah...ok onto my card...

I am up on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers today with this cute card made with some of my older coffee related stampin' stash. I came across this fun set from  Reverse Confetti - Drink More Coffee. Totally perfect for our winter right now ha ha! I decided to keep it fairly simple and clean - with some beautiful plaid paper.

I also die cut 2 coffee spoons from the Confetti Cuts that match this set from Early Espresso to add to the details of the card..so fun!

Thank you so much for stopping in to see what I've been up to - be sure to grab a hot cup of your favorite beverage and stay warm! Cheers!
